Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • dash of pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage in a 2-quart microwave-proof casserole. Add water. Cover and cook on High for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
  2. Add cream cheese, milk, salt, celery seed, and pepper. Cover and cook on High for 1 minute, then stir carefully to mix the cheese with the cabbage. Garnish with paprika before serving.
