Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. fine crumbs (vanilla wafers, graham crackers, or chocolate wafers)

Instructions

  1. Combine 5 tablespoons of butter or margarine with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 1/4 cups of fine crumbs (vanilla wafers, graham crackers, or chocolate wafers).
  2. Microwave the mixture for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until the butter is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate or tart pan.
  4. Allow to cool before filling.
