Instructions

  1. Dip each chicken breast in egg whites, then roll in crushed corn flakes to coat evenly.
  2. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a microwave-safe dish.
  3. Cover the dish with Saran Wrap, leaving one corner uncovered for steam escape.
  4. Cook in the microwave for 20 minutes, turning the dish every 5 minutes during cooking.
  5. Check if the chicken is cooked through and add additional time if necessary.
