- Place a sheet of Reynolds microwave wrap on a microwave-safe plate and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix garlic salt, paprika, pepper, and vegetable oil.
- Cut each potato quarter into 4 or 5 thin wedges and toss in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange potato wedges, cut side down, on the microwave cooking paper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Microwave at high for 5 to 7 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rotating the dish once.
- Let stand for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately.
