Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place a sheet of Reynolds microwave wrap on a microwave-safe plate and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix garlic salt, paprika, pepper, and vegetable oil.
  3. Cut each potato quarter into 4 or 5 thin wedges and toss in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange potato wedges, cut side down, on the microwave cooking paper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Microwave at high for 5 to 7 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rotating the dish once.
  6. Let stand for 1 minute.
  7. Serve immediately.
