- Microwave frozen green beans and water in a 2-quart casserole dish for 15 minutes, or until tender, stirring once during cooking. Drain.
- Place cream cheese, salt, and garlic salt in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for approximately 1 minute or until cheese is very soft.
- Gradually add the milk to the cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Microwave the mixture for another 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once while cooking.
- Blend the sauce until thoroughly mixed and pour over the green beans.
- Stir lightly and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
