Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray an 8 or 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Use a paper towel to spread the spray on the bottom and sides of the pan.
  3. Dissolve the Jell-O gelatin package in 1/2 cup of warm water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
  5. Once set, cut the gelatin into thin slices and roll or arrange to form pinwheel shapes.
