Ingredients

  • 5 c. warm water
  • 4 pkg. yeast
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. honey or sorghum
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. cracked wheat
  • 2 Tbsp. lecithin
  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. rice polish
  • 4 c. wheat flour
  • 4 to 5 c. white flour

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except 3 cups white flour and wheat flour.
  2. Let the mixture rise until bubbly.
  3. Add wheat flour and enough white flour to make a smooth, stiff dough.
  4. Divide the dough into loaves and let them rise again.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
