- Place all ingredients in paper cups, filling them about 1/2 to 3/4 full.
- Beat all ingredients well until combined.
- Cook in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and stir well.
- Check the texture; if too soft, microwave in 10 second segments until desired firmness.
- The top will be firm while the inside remains soft.
- Eat directly out of the cup; no dishes required.
