Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/3 sticks margarine
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a 1 1/2-quart bowl or casserole, microwave margarine at high for 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and peanut butter; mix well.
  3. Chill the mixture until firm.
  4. Shape the mixture into egg shapes and refrigerate.
  5. Microwave chocolate chips in a covered casserole at medium for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every two minutes, until completely melted.
  6. Using toothpicks, dip the eggs into the melted chocolate to coat.
  7. Chill the coated eggs on a cookie sheet until firm.
