Ingredients

  • 5 lb. leg or shoulder of lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the lamb leg or shoulder in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Make small incisions and insert split garlic cloves into the meat.
  3. Sprinkle paprika evenly over the lamb, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and microwave on high for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Baste the lamb with orange juice instead of lamb drippings during cooking.
  6. Let rest briefly before slicing and serving.
