Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine brown sugar, margarine, and water in a glass baking dish.
  2. Microwave on Medium-high for 2 minutes, or just until butter is melted.
  3. Mix well and spread evenly in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the mixture.
  5. Arrange biscuits over the pecans.
  6. Microwave on Medium-high for 4 to 5 minutes, or until biscuits are firm.
  7. Let stand for 2 minutes.
  8. Invert onto a serving plate and serve immediately.
