Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup General Food International Flavored Coffees
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  3. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions, adding eggs, sour cream, coffee, oil, and water.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  5. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before removing from the pan.
  7. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chunks and drizzle over the cooled cake.
