Ingredients

  • 2 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
  • 2 lb. Velveeta or store brand processed cheese
  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage

Instructions

  1. Heat the diced tomatoes to boiling on the stove; you may transfer to a crock-pot at this time.
  2. Cube the Velveeta or processed cheese and gradually add it to the heated tomatoes.
  3. Reduce heat and continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the bulk pork sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
  5. Add the cooked sausage to the cheese and tomato mixture; stir well to combine.
  6. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or bread.
