Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp. cumin
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can chili beans or red beans
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil; add ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, cumin, and chili powder.
  2. Simmer for about 60 minutes, adding more water if needed.
  3. Add tomato soup and chili beans; simmer for an additional 30 minutes, stirring often.
