Ingredients

  • 6 c. chopped, peeled tomatoes
  • 2 c. seeded and chopped cubanelle peppers
  • 1 c. chopped jalapeno peppers with seeds
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and slowly bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/2 to 1-inch headspace.
  4. Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
