Ingredients

  • 6 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 10 chopped jalapenos
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. spicy herb-and-spice blend
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer about 10 minutes.
  3. Fill into hot jars.
  4. Cover with lids and process in water bath for 15 minutes.
