Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. NutraSweet Spoonful

Instructions

  1. Heat the skim milk just to boiling in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove the milk from heat and set aside.
  3. Mix eggs and flour in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Stir about 1/4 cup of hot milk into the egg mixture to temper the eggs.
  5. Pour the egg mixture back into the saucepan with the remaining hot milk.
  6. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and cool until warm.
  8. Stir in ground nutmeg and NutraSweet Spoonful.
  9. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
