Instructions
- Heat the skim milk just to boiling in a small saucepan.
- Remove the milk from heat and set aside.
- Mix eggs and flour in a small bowl until well combined.
- Stir about 1/4 cup of hot milk into the egg mixture to temper the eggs.
- Pour the egg mixture back into the saucepan with the remaining hot milk.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and cool until warm.
- Stir in ground nutmeg and NutraSweet Spoonful.
- Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
