Ingredients

  • 7 g gelatin
  • 3 teaspoons water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (about 350 ml)
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk (about 115 ml)
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. add water into the gelatin and set a side.
  2. heat milk until just before it is boiled. (Do not boil).
  3. add 1 into 2 and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. strain 3 so that you can remove some chunk of gelatin which were not dissolved and make texture smooth.
  5. add condensed milk and heavy cream, stir well.
  6. pour into dish or container and chill until it is set.
