Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • self-rising flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • cinnamon
  • raisins
  • pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix enough self-rising flour into milk to form a dough.
  2. Pour the dough onto a floured board.
  3. Roll out the dough like a pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and pecans.
  5. Dot margarine over the sprinkled mixture.
  6. Roll up the dough like a jelly roll.
  7. Cut the rolled dough into slices.
  8. Place the slices in a baking pan.
  9. Pour about 2 1/2 cups of milk over the slices.
  10. Bake at 450°F until brown.
  11. Serve hot.
