Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tsp. honey
  • juice of 2 small oranges
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put bananas, eggs, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add orange juice, milk, and cinnamon and blend again.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
