Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Bring sugar, water, corn syrup, butter, and salt to a boil, then cook until reaching the soft ball stage.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  3. Pour the hot syrup over 1 gallon of popped popcorn.
  4. Let the mixture set for a minute.
  5. Using wet hands, shape the mixture into balls.
