Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding or butterscotch pudding (lite)
  • 3 oz. lite cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Equal
  • 1 c. unsweetened pineapple, drained
  • 1/3 c. walnuts
  • 8 oz. Lite Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding with whipping cream and cool until completely chilled.
  2. Mix cream cheese, Equal sweetener, drained pineapple, and walnuts together until well blended.
  3. Add the cold prepared pudding to the mixture.
  4. Fold in the Lite Cool Whip until evenly incorporated.
