Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 small bag radishes, sliced
  • tomatoes, chopped
  • cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • parsley
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine lettuce with sliced radishes, chopped tomatoes, peeled and sliced cucumbers, and chopped onion in a large bowl.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar well in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve chilled.
