Mini barbecue riblets feature tender pork pieces coated in a sticky, flavorful glaze of honey, soy, orange juice, and tomato ketchup, perfect for casual gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork spareribs, cut in small pieces
  • 1 Tbsp clear honey
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 2/3 cup tomato catsup
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except riblets to prepare the marinade.
  2. Put riblets into a shallow container and cover with the marinade.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place riblets and marinade into a roasting pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 1 hour, until riblets are tender and the marinade has reduced to a dark, sticky glaze.
