Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted margarine; press equal portions onto bottoms of lightly greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
  3. In a mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  6. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of mixture into each prepared cup.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Chill before serving.
  10. Garnish as desired.
