Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Grease 24 miniature muffin pan cups.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  6. Fold in the miniature chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 18 minutes or until the muffins are just golden.
  9. Unmold and cool on wire racks.
