Ingredients

  • 11 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated soft breadsticks
  • 2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. rosemary leaves crushed
  • 1 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. instant minced or chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  3. Remove dough from the can.
  4. Separate the dough into 8 coils.
  5. Do not unroll the breadsticks.
  6. Place each coil on the greased cookie sheets.
  7. Press each coil into a 4-inch circle.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil.
  9. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, rosemary, basil, and onion.
  10. Sprinkle the herb mixture over the dough.
  11. Bake for 8 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
