Ingredients

  • 2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 2 lb hot sausage
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Party Rye Bread

Instructions

  1. Melt the Velveeta cheese in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Brown the hot sausage in a skillet until fully cooked.
  3. In a bowl, mix the melted cheese, cooked sausage, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and oregano.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over party rye bread slices.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and broil until the spread is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.
