Delightful miniature fruit cakes bursting with candied cherries, pineapple, nuts, and coconut, perfect for festive occasions or as sweet, bite-sized treats for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • condensed milk
  • green candied cherries
  • vanilla
  • pecans
  • red candied pineapple
  • red candied cherries
  • coconut
  • green candied pineapple

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Use a food processor to chop fruits and nuts.
  3. Pour mixture into a small cupcake pan.
  4. Spray the pan well with Baker's Joy.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and turn cakes onto wax paper.
