Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • few drops green food coloring (optional)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 2/3 cup miniature chocolate pieces
  • 1 ready-to-use 8 inch graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, and food coloring, then beat until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip with a rubber spatula.
  4. Fold in the miniature chocolate pieces.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Place the pie in the freezer until hardened, at least 8 hours or overnight.
  7. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with additional chocolate pieces and mint leaves if desired.
