Mint Turkey

Ingredients

  • 10oz ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 3 garlic- chopped
  • 1 small onion-sliced
  • 1 jalapeno chopped
  • 1/2 can of bamboo shoots
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 TB oil
  • 2 cups shredded mint
  • chopped cilantro ( optional)
  • Sauce ingrdients:
  • 2 TB sugar

Instructions

  1. mix ground turkey with garlis salt and white pepper
  2. stir fry on high heat jalapeno, garlic and onion till brown/ soft
  3. add turkey and fry till browning
  4. add bamboo shoots
  5. when all hot, turn down heat
  6. add sauce and stir and let cook without burning
  7. Spoon onto hot rice and top with shredded mint/ cilantro and lime
