- mix ground turkey with garlis salt and white pepper
- stir fry on high heat jalapeno, garlic and onion till brown/ soft
- add turkey and fry till browning
- add bamboo shoots
- when all hot, turn down heat
- add sauce and stir and let cook without burning
- Spoon onto hot rice and top with shredded mint/ cilantro and lime
