Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18 to 20 minutes.
