Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Combine 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows, cocoa, and cornstarch in a small saucepan.
  2. Gradually stir in evaporated skim milk and light corn syrup.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
  5. Let the sauce cool.
  6. Stir in 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows.
  7. Serve over frozen yogurt, angel food cake, or fresh fruit.
