A vibrant mix of fresh vegetables topped with crispy bacon and creamy mayonnaise dressing, perfect for a hearty, flavor-packed salad suitable for gatherings or family meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 cups real mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Break the lettuce into bite-size pieces in a salad bowl.
  2. Break the cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets and add them on top of the lettuce.
  3. Slice green onions, including some of the green tops, and scatter onto the cauliflower and broccoli.
  4. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble or chop it and sprinkle over the salad.
  5. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sugar until well combined, then drizzle over the salad before serving.
