Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat lard in a skillet.
  2. Press the ground beef into the skillet to about 1-inch thickness.
  3. Brown the meat on both sides.
  4. Add a can of mushroom soup and a can of water to the skillet.
  5. Cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes.
