Mixed Bean Barbecue
A hearty and flavorful baked bean casserole featuring a smoky barbecue sauce, molasses, and frankfurters, perfect for casual family dinners or potlucks. Savory and slightly sweet.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook lima beans without salt in 1 cup boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain lima beans.
- Combine lima beans, drained red kidney beans, pork and beans, onion soup mix, chili sauce, molasses, dry mustard, and Tabasco in a greased 2 1/2-quart deep casserole dish.
- Add about 3/4 of the frankfurters into the mixture.
- Line the edge of the casserole with the remaining frankfurters.
- Bake for about 50 minutes or until hot.
