Ingredients

  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1 can chunk pineapple
  • assorted fresh fruits (apples, strawberries, bananas, etc.)
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Drain the fruit cocktail and pineapple, reserving the juice.
  2. Mix all fresh fruits together in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the pudding mix with the reserved fruit juice and stir until smooth.
  4. Toss the pudding mixture with the fruit to coat evenly.
  5. Refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
