Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. kielbasa
  • 2 cans pork and beans

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and green pepper until soft; set aside.
  2. Cook kielbasa for 20 to 25 minutes, then cut into small pieces.
  3. Add the cooked kielbasa to the onion and green pepper mixture and fry for 10 minutes.
  4. Add pork and beans to the mixture.
  5. Mix everything well and heat until hot.
