Ingredients

  • 3 (10 oz.) cans biscuits
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Cut all 30 biscuits into quarters.
  3. Dip each piece in melted butter.
  4. Layer one-third of the biscuit pieces into a Bundt or small angel food cake pan.
  5. Sprinkle half of the bacon, Parmesan cheese, onion, and green pepper over the layer.
  6. Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients, ending with biscuits on top.
  7. Sprinkle the top with any remaining butter or cheese.
  8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
