Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 2/3 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Mix egg yolks, buttermilk, flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together.
  3. Add melted butter. Fold in egg whites.
  4. Cook on heated and lightly greased griddle. Flip.
  5. Cook until light brown.
