Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Mix egg yolks, buttermilk, flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together.
- Add melted butter. Fold in egg whites.
- Cook on heated and lightly greased griddle. Flip.
- Cook until light brown.
