Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • beef and pork stew meat
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Pam or oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stewed beef and pork meat by cooking and seasoning as desired.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  3. Add bread crumbs to the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly to form a batter.
  4. Combine the cooked stew meat with the egg and bread crumb mixture.
  5. Shape the mixture into patties or mounds.
  6. Heat Pam or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook the patties until golden brown on each side and heated through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  8. Serve hot, optionally with your favorite sides.
