Ingredients

  • 2 qt. cold milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla or vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Beat in the sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, and a pinch of salt if desired.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream until thickened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  5. Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired.
