Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 package corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of chicken, evaporated milk, and liquid from the cans; add the Velveeta and cook over low heat until the cheese melts.
  2. Add the chopped green chilies to the mixture.
  3. Layer the liquid mixture and tortillas in a baking dish until all ingredients are used.
