Ingredients

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup herb stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except beef.
  2. Add beef; mix thoroughly.
  3. Bake in a loaf pan at 400°F for 45 minutes.
