Molasses Whole Wheat Bread

Instructions
- Mix together sugar, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine milk, water, and molasses.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add chopped walnuts to the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
- Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Cool the bread for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and allow to cool completely.
- Slice into thin slices after storing overnight.
