Ingredients

  • 2 packages gelatin
  • 1 can consomme
  • 3 packages chopped broccoli, drained and mashed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in undiluted warm consomme.
  2. Add finely mashed eggs and remaining ingredients to the consomme and gelatin mixture.
  3. Turn the mixture in eggs and broccoli; blend well.
  4. Pour into a greased mold lined with mayonnaise.
  5. Chill until set.
  6. Serve sliced from the mold.
