Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry juice and water
  • 1 No. 2 can pitted Bing cherries
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 package cherry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Drain cherries; measure juice and add enough water to make 2 cups.
  2. Heat the liquid; dissolve gelatin in hot liquid.
  3. Cool the gelatin until it reaches the consistency of egg white.
  4. Pour a small amount of the gelatin mixture into an oiled mold and chill until set.
