Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
  • 6 cups chopped red apples
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of juice.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, chopped red apples, chopped celery, golden raisins, and sunflower kernels.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, plain yogurt, sugar, and the reserved pineapple juice until well blended.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
