Ingredients

  • 1 small lime gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 pint sweet whipping cream
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 cup shredded pineapple
  • 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water and let it set until firm.
  2. Mix together cream cheese and salad dressing until smooth.
  3. Add the set gelatin, whipped cream, and well-drained pineapple to the mixture.
  4. Fold in nut meats.
  5. Pour the mixture into a jello mold.
  6. Refrigerate until completely set before serving.
