Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 stick oleo or margarine
  • 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and then at 350° for 40 minutes.
